'Injuries suggest sexual assault': Minor girl found dead in Delhi's Dayalpur, police launch hunt for accused | Delhi News - Times of India

NEW DELHI: A minor girl was allegedly sexually assaulted and murdered in North East Delhi's Dayalpur on Saturday. Police received a PCR call at 8.41pm regarding the incident in Nehru Vihar. Upon arrival, they found that the girl's father had already taken her to the hospital, where she was declared dead. The attending doctors observed visible injuries on her face, suggesting sexual assault. A case was registered, and crime and FSL teams inspected the spot. Multiple teams have been deployed to collect clues and apprehend the accused.(The victim's identity has not been revealed to protect her privacy as per Supreme court directives on cases related to sexual assault)
