A young girl from Assam was allegedly killed by her Bengaluru boyfriend. She went to a service apartment in Bengaluru along with her boyfriend on Saturday. Three days later, the police recovered her dead body from the same apartment. According to the police, her boyfriend is suspected as the main accused in the murder. On November 23, Maya Gogoi and her lover Aarav Harni reserved a service apartment, where her decomposed body was discovered. According to the police, Harni killed Gogoi with a knife on Monday, spent a full day with the body, and then left the leased apartment in the Indiranagar neighbourhood on Tuesday. Photos revealed blood on the room's pillows and bedspread. No other individuals were seen entering the service unit between November 23 and 26, according to CCTV footage. Police, the dog squad, and forensic specialists hurried to the scene shortly after. According to an IANS report, Maya Gogoi was renting an apartment in the HSR Layout while working for a private company. The police are also investigating whether Aarav Harni intended to dismember the body and dispose of it in another location because Harni spent a day with it. Last month, two men were arrested for allegedly killing a 19-year-old pregnant woman and dumping her body in an abandoned location in Haryana. According to the early investigation, three people were involved in the crime: Sanju alis Saleem, Pankaj, and Ritik. While Sanju and Pankaj have been caught and confessed to the crime, a search for Ritik continues.
