NAGPUR: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of "insulting" the people of Maharashtra and women voters after he alleged that the 2024 state assembly elections were rigged in the BJP's favour.
