New Delhi, Nov 4 (SocialNews.XYZ) Union Steel and Heavy Industries Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy on Tuesday launched the third round of the production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme for specialty steel, according to an official statement issued on Tuesday.
