Shillong (PTI): Ahead of a reshuffle in the Meghalaya cabinet to be held later on Tuesday, eight of the total 12 ministers, including senior leaders AL Hek, Paul Lyngdoh and Ampareen Lyngdoh, have resigned from their posts, officials said.
