Kolkata: Bengal govt is planning to export potato to other states following bumper production this year, state minister of food processing industries and horticulture Arup Roy said on Tuesday.Speaking at a business conclave organised by ASSOCHAM, Roy said: "We are in talks with the agriculture marketing department to send our excess potatoes to other states.
