Bhopal, Apr 1 (PTI) Combine harvesters used for agricultural purposes will now be exempted from toll payment at plazas operated by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corp (MPRDC) as part of the state's commitment towards farmer welfare, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said on Wednesday.
