Chennai: Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Turkish company Tera Yatirim Teknoloji Holding Anonim Sirketi (TERA). As part of the SPA, M&M has agreed to sell its entire stake in its wholly-owned Finnish subsidiary Sampo Rosenlew Oy to TERA for around Rs 52 crore or euro 5 million. HELSINKI - Finnish financial company Sampo Oyj (HEX:SAMPO) has completed the acquisition of its own A shares on November 26, as part of its ongoing share buyback program.
