GUWAHATI, April 3: Dr Kuladhar Saikia on Thursday joined as the editor of Assamese literary magazine Gariyoshi, marking a significant addition to the State's literary landscape. BENGALURU: Kannada's prominent novelist, philosopher, and screenwriter, Santeshivara Lingannaiah Bhyrappa, popularly known as S.L. Bhyrappa, passed away at a private hospital on Wednesday. He was 95 years old.
