NEW DELHI: Darjeeling's Makaibari Tea Estate will have an Oberoi hotel by 2030. EIH Ltd, parent company of Oberoi, Monday announced signing of a management agreement for a luxury resort at one of the world's oldest and most storied tea estates that was established in 1859.
