Cuttack: Two persons were arrested for operating a milk adulteration racket from Gurudijhatia in Cuttack district, on Saturday. The accused were identified as local hotel owner Prakash Khuntia and his associate Sudhir Tiwari.Police said Khuntia was the key conspirator.
