Patna: The outgoing Bihar legislative assembly met for a total of 146 days between Nov 2020 and July 2025, marking the lowest number of days in all its five-year terms, according to an analysis by PRS Legislative Research on Wednesday.The outgoing 17th assembly met for an average of 29 days each year and, on those days, functioned for an average of three hours.
