Srinagar, Oct 22: The scrutiny of nomination papers for the Budgam and Nagrota assembly segments concluded on Wednesday, with 27 forms accepted and six rejected. New Delhi: A plea has been filed in Delhi High Court by an organisation and an individual petitioner seeking its direction to authorities to remove the graves of terrorists Mohammad Afzal Guru and Mohammad Maqbool Bhatt from Tihar jail.
