Hyderabad: A five-year-old girl from Moula Ka Chilla under the Rein Bazar division narrowly escaped injury on Thursday morning after falling into an open manhole while on her way to school. Hyderabad: HYDRAA accepted responsibility for the incident in which a five-year-old girl fell into a manhole at Rein Bazaar in Yakutpura on Thursday. After an internal inquiry, HYDRAA officials confirmed their fault and removed two workers. Commissioner A.V. Ranganath said on Friday, "Prima facie, HYDRAA is responsible for the incident.
