Kolkata, Jul 5 (PTI) Devotees pulled the chariots of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra on Saturday as the 'Ulto Rath' (Return Car) festival was celebrated across West Bengal with pomp and gaiety.
