Lucknow: Former Uttar Pradesh mining minister Gayatri Prasad Prajapati was injured in an attack inside Lucknow district jail hospital, where he is undergoing treatment, on Tuesday evening. Jail authorities confirmed that Prajapati suffered injury and received three stitches on his head. He was shifted to KGMU later in the night. Lucknow, Oct 1 (PTI) In the wake of an attack on former minister Gayatri Prasad Prajapati, his family on Wednesday demanded an increase in his security and termed the assault on him part of a conspiracy.
