Bhubaneswar, Apr 8 (PTI) Odisha Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan on Wednesday said the state government was contemplating bringing legislation to curb the use of offensive and abusive language on social media, noting that these platforms were becoming "toxic media". New Delhi, Mar 12 (PTI) The Supreme Court on Thursday asked two petitioners, who had challenged a provision of a 1882 law which exempts gifts executed under the Muslim law from registration, to approach the Law Commission of India.
