New Delhi, Dec 16 (PTI) Two brothers were shot dead in Northeast Delhi's Jafrabad early Tuesday, police said. An incident of firing was reported to the police at 1.40 am, they said. A team that responded to the call found one man dead at the spot while another was taken to a hospital in a critical state. Rudraprayag, Jun 7 (PTI) A helicopter on its way to Kedarnath made an emergency landing on the highway in Rudraprayag district on Saturday after developing a technical snag during take-off, officials said. New Delhi, Jun 6 (PTI) The Delhi government has rolled out guidelines for tree officers to enforce certain sections of the Delhi Preservation of Trees Act (DPTA), 1994, officials said.
