Oct 18 -- India's first commercially packaged multi-chip module (MCM) has rolled out of Kaynes Semicon's outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) facility in Sanand and been delivered to California-based Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS).
