New Delhi, Dec 1 (PTI) Tilaknagar Industries Ltd on Monday said it has completed the acquisition of Imperial Blue business division from Pernod Ricard India (PRI), a step-down unit of the French spirits major, via a slump sale for a lump sum consideration of Rs 3,442 crore.
