New Delhi, Jul 9 (PTI) Paints major Asian Paints on Wednesday exited Dulux paint-maker Akzo Nobel India by selling its entire 4.42 per cent stake in the company for Rs 734 crore through an open market transaction. In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, Asian Paints said it "has sold its entire holding of 20,10,626 equity shares in Akzo Nobel India Ltd, representing 4.42 per cent of its paid-up share capital".
