New Delhi: Delhi recorded the highest number of suicides -- 3,131 -- among 53 major Indian cities, accounting for 12% of the total suicides, as per the latest NCRB data for the year 2023. Mumbai, Jul 4 (PTI) A total of 479 farmer suicides were reported in Maharashtra in March and April this year, state relief and rehabilitation minister Makrand Patil said in the assembly on Friday.
