New Delhi: India and Bhutan on Wednesday signed the tariff protocol of Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project, and the Methodology for Reactive Energy Accounting of the Reactive Power Exchange to streamline bilateral power trade, according to the Ministry of Power.
