Bihar Voter List: With just eight days remaining, the Election Commission of India (ECI) is racing against time to complete Bihar's revised voter list. Patna: The Election Commission on Thursday reported significant progress in Bihar's special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral rolls with 66.16% of enumeration forms submitted and 15 days still remaining until the deadline.
