Former railway minister Mukul Roy died in Kolkata in the early hours of Monday, his son confirmed to news agency ANI. He was 71. Roy suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away around 1:30 am at Apollo Hospital in Salt Lake, his son Shuvrangshu Roy said.
