Bhubaneswar, Apr 6 (PTI) Nor'westers and hailstorms wreaked havoc in parts of Odisha on Monday, officials said. Strong winds, accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning, rocked Athagarh town in Cuttack district and Daspalla area in Nayagarh district, they said.
