New Delhi, Mar 31 (PTI) Senior bureaucrat Vir Vikram Yadav has been appointed as the chief of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) as part of a senior-level bureaucratic reshuffle effected by the Centre on Tuesday.
