New Delhi, Jul 11 (PTI) A 19-year-old man was arrested for allegedly opening fire at a minor boy in northwest Delhi's Azadpur area to settle a personal rivalry, an official said on Friday. The accused, identified as Tanish alias Lala, was nabbed for allegedly opening fire at Aryan (17) after a brief chase in the Majlis Park area, he said.
