ITANAGAR, 31 Mar: An insurgent belonging to the NSCN (IM) surrendered in Changlang district on Monday, police said. Changlang Superintendent of Police Kirli Padu said the militant has been identified as 30-year-old Jungron Chena, a resident of Manmao in the district.
