HCLTech Q1 net profit down 9.7% at Rs 3,843 crore, revenue up 8.2%

BENGALURU: HCLTech on Monday missed street estimates and reported a 9.7% decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 3,843 crore for the quarter that ended on June 30, compared to Rs 4,257 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's revenue in the first quarter stood at Rs 30,349 crore, up 8.2% y-o-y. The IT services firm also lowered its EBIT margin forecast for FY26 from 18%-19% to 17%-18%.
