Mumbai: BEST to get 150 new buses in fleet | Mumbai News - The Times of India

Mumbai: BEST will get 150 new wet lease buses in it's fleet and the new buses are likely to be launched by chief minister Devendra Fadnavis at Colaba bus depot Oct 28 afternoon.Sources said that while 115 buses belong to one contractor, 35 belongs to another wet lease operator, sources said.The BEST had faced acute shortage of buses with it's fleet depleting to it's lowest at 2,703 buses lately.The wait time at some bus stops is also as high as 30-45 minutes for the second bus to arrive.
