Guwahati, Mar 31 (PTI) Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday released the BJP's manifesto for the Assam assembly polls, promising protection of land, heritage and dignity of indigenous people and Rs 5 lakh crore infrastructure investment.
