New Delhi, April 9 (PTI) The talent and capability of today's graduates will take the country to new heights on the global stage, said Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday, while speaking at the 18th convocation of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).
