Shillong, August 12: Meghalaya Police has taken custody of three Bangladesh nationals, including a serving police constable and a "dismissed" army personnel, who allegedly infiltrated India through South West Khasi Hills district on August 8. Aizawl, Jun 27 (PTI) Mizoram Home Minister K Sapdanga on Friday said that more than 50 per cent of criminal cases in Mizoram in recent times were linked to people who came from outside and took refuge in the state.
