Mangaluru: The Rai Estates Educational and Charitable Trust, led by Puttur MLA Ashok Kumar Rai, will host the 13th edition of the 'Ashoka-Janamana' Deepavali celebration at the Kombettu Taluk Stadium in Puttur on Monday.
