TN govt will enact legislation against honour killings, says CM Stalin

Chennai, Oct 17 (PTI) The Tamil Nadu government will take necessary steps to enact appropriate legislation to prevent honour killings in the state, Chief Minister M K Stalin said on Friday, and announced the constitution of a commission under retired high court judge K M Basha to recommend suitable measures on the matter. Three-storey chawl collapses in Bandra; search and rescue efforts on

Mumbai, Jul 18 (PTI) A three-storey chawl collapsed in the western suburb of Bandra here in the early hours of Friday, with at least 10 people feared trapped in the debris, civic officials said.
