New Delhi: Nearly three weeks after businessman Arun Lohia was fatally shot inside his SUV near Chhatarpur Metro Station in South Delhi, two of the alleged shooters were injured and arrested during a police encounter on the Chirag Delhi-Khanpur stretch on Thursday.
