New Delhi: Launching a scathing attack on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi over his "surrender" remarks on PM Modi, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Thursday slammed Congress, accusing it of surrendering India's pride, security, and sovereignty over historical dates from losing PoK and Aksai Chin.
