Washington/New Delhi, June 5 (UN) The All-Party Parliamentary Delegation led by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor briefed the leadership of the House Congressional Caucus on India, the House Foreign Affairs Committee, media and the Indian diaspora on the cross-border terrorism faced by India.
