CHENNAI: Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) president and Chidambaram MP Thol Thirumavalavan on Saturday announced his decision to withdraw from the Assembly elections and fielded I Jothimani, son of late Dalit leader L Ilayaperumal, as the party's candidate for Kattumannarkoil (reserved) Assembly constituency.
