Kolkata, Mar 30 (PTI) Alleging attempts to interfere with the democratic rights of voters in West Bengal, TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee on Monday voiced concerns over the alleged large-scale submission of Form 6 applications from other states and sought an explanation from the Election Commission.
