Jind: The wife of late Haryana Police ASI Sandeep Lathar on Friday said she was satisfied with the investigation being carried out by the government and police, and had full faith in the process. She was speaking during a condolence meeting and 'Tehrvi' ceremony held at the Government Girls Senior Secondary School in Julana.Several leaders and local residents, including former deputy chief minister Dushyant Chautala, Gaurav Tikait (son of farmer leader Rakesh Tikait), and Julana BJP candidate Captain Yogesh Bairagi, attended the the event. Dushyant said the family should get justice soon. "Two recent cases have shaken the entire state -- the Rohtak and Chandigarh incidents, and both police forces should expedite the investigation so that the truth comes out clearly. We have clearly said that we do not want to politicise my brother's death. The khap panchayats have respected our wish. Several organisations came forward, but we appealed to all that we must not repeat the events of 2016. We must preserve harmony and brotherhood."He said, "My brother Sandeep Lathar made a sacrifice by raising his voice against corruption. Some people tried to give the issue a caste colour and spread hatred. When we refused to join that, some even made nasty comments like 'how much money did you take?'
