Katra, Oct 24: Union Minister for Law and Justice Kiren Rijiju said that Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed "unprecedented development" since the abrogation of Article 370, asserting that the region's transformation under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership has changed its destiny forever.
