Patna: Moments after being declared the Opposition's chief ministerial face, RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Thursday promised to transform the face of Bihar if the Grand Alliance (GA) wins the assembly elections, making a fervent appeal to people to give him just one chance."Ek baar Tejashwi ko mauka dekar to dekho.
