Ahmedabad: In Gujarat's latest cabinet shake-up, Saurashtra-Kutch has bagged nine of the 26 ministerial berths, the highest among all regions, in a clear nod to its political and electoral significance. With both the chief minister and deputy chief minister representing Central and South Gujarat, the reshuffle signals a conscious bid to balance influence.
