New Delhi, Sep 30 (UNI) The Delhi government will conduct the last rites of veteran BJP leader and Delhi's first Chief Executive Councillor, VK Malhotra, with full honours, said Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today, expressing deep condolences on the veteran leader's demise. Malhotra breathed his last early today in New Delhi. Gupta expressed profound sorrow over his passing, calling it an immense and irreplaceable loss.
