New Delhi: The Opposition has decided to skip the special Parliamentary discussion to honour Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla's achievement. This was confirmed by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor. The Thiruvananthapuram MP, however, heaped praise on the astronaut and acknowledged the impact his mission to the International Space Station (ISS) will have on India's future space programme. "Since the Opposition are not participating in the special discussion, let me say how proud all Indians are of the recent mission of Commander Shubhanshu Shukla to the International Space Station (ISS)," Tharoor posted on X.
