JAMMU: BJP Spokesperson Gaurav Gupta strongly welcomed the United States Government's decision to designate The Resistance Front (TRF)-a Pakistan-sponsored proxy of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)-as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). Calling it a "global acknowledgement of India's long-standing position against cross-border terrorism," Gupta said this move vindicates what India has consistently raised at international forums: that terrorism in Jammu & Kashmir is not indigenous, but systematically exported, funded, and facilitated by Pakistan.
