New Delhi, Dec 10 (UNI) The India bloc on Tuesday moved a no-confidence motion against Chairman of the Rajya Sabha Jagdeep Dhankhar, accusing him of conducting the House in an 'extremely partisan manner'. Giving this information, Rajya Sabha MP and senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh called it a painful decision and said that the motion has been submitted to the Secretary General of the Rajya Sabha.
