Patna (Bihar) [India], July 12 (ANI): Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Leader of Opposition in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav, has criticised Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the state law and order situation, following the killing of businessman Vikram Jha in Patna.
